Music is an essential part of worship in our church. Ascension is blessed to have a fairly large and very skilled choir for a parish of our size. Under the leadership of our organist and choirmaster, Kenneth Dyer, Jr., our choir sings everything from Latin mass settings to spirituals, gospel favorites, contemporary Christian music and, of course, classic Anglican choral music. Our choir consists of five paid section leaders and a core group of dedicated volunteers, but there is always room for one more voice!
